Dr. Ferrara continues to contribute to the public welfare by serving as a consultant to state agencies that deal with sex offenders:

• Clinical Consultant to the Texas Council on Sex Offender Treatment
• Clinical Consultant to Office of Violent Sex Offender Management

Legislative Committees

While working for the Texas Youth Commission and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division, Dr. Ferrara was asked to represent these agencies as a member of the following legislative initiatives.
